1. Data Controller

This privacy notice has been prepared by SNY Havuz Ltd. Şti. ("SNY Pool"), acting as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), regarding the processing of personal data of visitors and customers who contact us through our website or through other channels (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail).

2. Personal Data Processed

When you contact us via the contact form, phone or WhatsApp, we process your full name, phone number, e-mail address (if provided), and the content of the message you send us (the product requested, quantity, special requests, etc.). In addition, limited technical data (IP address, browser and device information, time of visit) may be automatically processed by our hosting provider while you browse the website.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of evaluating the requests and price-quote applications you submit, contacting you, carrying out sales and after-sales processes, following up on requests and complaints, and fulfilling our legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely "your explicit consent", "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", and "being mandatory for the data controller's legitimate interest, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms".

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes stated above, to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of our legal obligations, and — where necessary — to our hosting and communication infrastructure service providers. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and, subject to the statute-of-limitations periods set out in applicable legislation, for a reasonable period after your request has been concluded; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
To request information if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
To request its deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK,
To request that any correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
To object to a result that arises to your detriment through analysis of your data exclusively via automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in the event you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

You may submit your requests concerning the rights listed above, together with documents verifying your identity, by e-mail to info@snypool.com or in writing to 5615/3 Sokak No:8/1 Tuna Mah. Çamdibi, İZMİR. Your requests will be concluded as soon as possible, and at the latest within the periods prescribed by law, depending on their nature.
